For the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store the customer’s name, billing address, recovery email address, and phone number. Credit Card information is not stored on our site but is stored with our payment processor.
Use of your Personal Information
ILJ Mail collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
ILJ Mail may also use your personally identifiable information to send you periodic service or company announcements as long as you are a customer.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
ILJ Mail does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
We use a few well known and secure third party companies to help provide our service to you. These companies are used for email hosting, payment processing, and billing software plus analytics/security. Those third party companies are: Greatmail (our email hosting provider), Stripe, our payment processor, and Automattic who provides our website software.
ILJ Mail may share data with those trusted partners to help perform our basic website functions, provide subscriptions and ways to manage those subscriptions, maintain our affiliate program, create and maintain backups and security, statistical analysis, send you email, or provide customer support. All such third parties have privacy policies in place and in order to provide these services to ILJ Mail, they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
ILJ Mail may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ILJ Mail or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ILJ Mail; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of ILJ Mail, or the public.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by ILJ Mail through analytics programs. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses, if any. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ILJ Mail website. It is for our viewing purposes only.
The ILJ Mail website and affiliate program uses “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your computer/device by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you register with ILJ Mail site or services, a cookie helps ILJ Mail to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same ILJ Mail website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the ILJ Mail features that you customized.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
If you clicked a link to get to this website that belonged to an affiliate, that affiliate’s cookie will be placed on your browser so they get awarded for their referral.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies in your web browser. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Please see your particular browser help files for information on how to do that. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the ILJ Mail services or websites you visit.
This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information. Just because we link to the website does not indicate our endorsement of all their services or views.

Security of your Personal Information
ILJ Mail secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. You will see this as https:// in front of our domain name or the “lock” symbol in the url bar indicating that it is a secure connection.
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information by use of strong login policies, encrypted connections, and keeping our software up to date . Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.
How Long We Keep Your Data:
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our websites, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, and would like to have your data erased, you will need to first cancel your account, then request that we erase any data that we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
